I have been busy getting ready for the craft fair season. For me, this begins the first weekend in June. As part of this preparation I’ve been sewing bags, making jewelry, creating displays, and the like. For the Pinterest Challenge I decided I needed to make a holder for my business cards.
I pinned this tutorial months ago, and I just finally got around to it. It’s a simple, easy-to-follow project by My So Called Green Life.
I’m really quite pleased with the results. She gives three different options for finishing the holder and making the closure. I went with the easiest (of course!): a simple hair elastic closure.
The project is easily created with scraps, so it’s a great sewing project for using little bits and pieces you may have hanging around your sewing room. I definitely recommend trying it out!

So cute! I so wish I could sew. This looks like a darling project!
If I can learn to sew, anyone can. This is an easy project to try out!
