Three Fat Quarter Projects: Bags

I adore fat quarters. They’re so much fun. And I love checking out neat projects made from them. Here are a few I’ve rounded up:

P.S. For all my fabric swappers, these are some great ideas for your new arrivals!

I first saw this little bag months ago. I have as yet to make it. Yes, I know I’m terrible. But that doesn’t negate the fact that it’s adorable. It’s a great size for a little handbag.

What a cute little drawstring bag, right? It would be perfect for putting some little toys or crayons in for the kiddos.

This would be so useful! Make a few of these up for your family the next time you’re on an outing, and they can all carry their own water bottles. Why should you be lugging them around all day long?

So, there you have three easy and cute projects that are made from fat quarters! I will be sharing some more round-ups over the next couple weeks, so stay tuned. If you’re part of the fabric swap, be sure and share your fat quarters and the projects you’ve made over at our flickr pool: http://www.flickr.com/groups/feb2012fabricswap/
